Nici's Catering Service provides online shopping assistance, including product sourcing, purchasing, and order management on behalf of clients.

We act as a third-party facilitator and do not own or directly sell any of the items purchased.

2. Order Requests & Fulfillment
Clients must provide clear and accurate details regarding the products they wish to purchase.

Orders are placed with retailers based on availability, pricing, and client preferences.

​

We are not responsible for product availability, pricing discrepancies, or retailer policies affecting the order.

​

3. Payment & Fees
Clients must prepay the total cost of the items, including taxes and shipping fees imposed by the retailer.

A service fee may apply for processing orders, handling communications, and managing returns (if applicable).

​

Payment methods accepted will be outlined in our service agreement.

​

4. Returns & Refunds
Return eligibility and refund policies are governed by the original retailer.

​

If an item qualifies for a return, we can assist with submitting a return request but return shipping fees or restocking charges are the client's responsibility.

Our concierge service fees are non-refundable, except in cases of errors caused by us.

5. Cancellations & Order Changes
Once an order is placed, cancellations and modifications are subject to the retailer’s policies.

If an item has already been processed by the retailer, cancellation may not be possible.

6. Liability & Disclaimers
Nici's Catering Service is not responsible for product quality, warranties, or disputes related to goods purchased from third-party retailers.

We do not guarantee pricing accuracy, delivery times, or stock availability from retailers.

​

Any issues regarding defective, damaged, or misrepresented items must be resolved directly with the retailer.

7. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal information is collected only to facilitate order processing and communication.

​

We do not share or sell client data to third parties.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers; we do not store payment details.

8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Guyana. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with local regulations.
