Returns are subject to the return policies of the original retailer from which the item was purchased.

Returns are subject to the policies of the original retailer where the item was purchased.
If an item is eligible for return, we can assist with initiating the return process on your behalf.
Return requests must be made within [10] days of purchase.
Any return shipping fees or restocking charges imposed by the retailer will be the client’s responsibility.
2. Refunds
Refunds are processed according to the retailer’s policy. If approved by the retailer, funds will be returned via the original payment method.
Our concierge service fee is non-refundable, except in cases of errors on our part.

Exchanges are handled per the retailer’s terms and may require a separate purchase.

Orders can only be canceled if the retailer allows cancellations before processing the payment or shipment.
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellation, but we will do our best to assist in the process.
